With the trimester winding down , please check PowerSchool for any missing work. If there is a 0, and marked missing and late, they have yet to complete . Once completed an appropriate grade will be inputted. If there isn’t a grade , I have not graded the assignment. Keep in mind, the 3rd floor teachers teach and grade over 100+ students , so speaking for myself , it may take several days to grade.
Moving forward , I will no longer provide duplicate worksheets , lab sheets , etc… It is their responsibility to put all materials in the proper folder and not misplace the work.
I take time to prepare material for every class and student and it is becoming an issue with lost, misplaced work as well as messages or request for another copy .
There is NO meeting this Thursday due to scheduling.
We need volunteers for this Saturday from 5-7 at the Multicultural Event in the gym. We will be selling water bottles to help with the start up of our Anti-Bullying program.
Our next meeting will be on Dec 5th, in my class from 2:45-3:30
Student Council Mass and Pinning ceremony will be on Dec 9th.
I sent out several emails on recapping today’s meeting, please check your inbox and either reply or see me in the morning.
Anyone that missed today’s meeting, and you were in school, you will ONLY have one more absence (unexcused), otherwise you will be removed from being part of Student Council. Please see me tomorrow if you missed the meeting (if you were out sick that is an automatic excused absence)
Great suggestions today and lots of ideas… We have a busy year ahead with an enthusiastic committee 🙂

As like last year, the candidates who did not win have the opportunity to still be a part of Student Council by accepting the role as Ambassador . The Ambassador role includes coming to meetings, be a part of fundraising and other events as well as organizing our Anti-Bullying program within the school community.
In order to be a part of this program they need to accept the role. It is not required but I would be honored if they are still a part of Student Council.
Congratulations to All!
Our first meeting will be on November 14th in my room 2:45-3:30
If your child is absent on the day of a lab, they need to do a brief research paper on the topic we are studying at the time. I will no longer “exempt” them from the lab. They will have appropriate time to complete that. It must be in a doc and shared via email.
It is also their responsibility to make up any missing work. All topic worksheets will be put aside for them.
