Parents so that we all can be organized upon arriving back to school next week, especially me :), I provided a check list form . Please print and check off all the items with your child’s name and grade on it. Make sure if you are sending in the lab fee, it is in an envelope with your child’s name and grade on it. They Must return this form with their supplies in a bag. The supplies that should be given to me is as follows, all other supplies they can keep in their pencil case or locker:
Supplies to be handed in to Mrs.Vasil, with form:
* lab fee : $25
* paper towels
* disinfectant wipes
* Latex or non latex gloves
(all other items stay with your child)
Please find a Science Supply check list form :
6a Homeroom (again we won’t know until the 1st day of school so this is not expected to be in on that 1st day)
Students need to hand in:
* disinfecting wipes
* paper towels
* tissues
* printer paper
* $5 if they need a new lock (only school locks are permitted)
Once you know if they are in 6a, print out the form and return with the above items and forms requested
